Proctor & Gambles demonstrated their ongoing commitment to inclusive innovation in disability in 2025: At the Global Conference and Expo. As a current sponsor, new available products, design practices and workplace solutions exposed with the aim of creating a strong #disability in their business and brands.

Including design on performance

At the Expo Fair for the event, P&G presented available product solutions in the portfolio. The support showed the touch symbol for the blind and low powerful consumers, simplified packaging for users with challenges with dexterity and smart codes to improve the product navigation. Performances included haptic gloves and product innovation such as tides Evo and Aerial Secreclic.

The booth also facilitated conversation about inclusive design, with P&G team members distributing tactile kits and apparel that emphasized the message: “This is what #DisabilityConfidence looks like.”

Innovation through access

During the conference, P&G Chief Equality and Inclusion Officer Christine Decker spoke how available innovation improves daily life for all consumers. He said that the inclusive approach in teams has shaped product development – such as Swifter Pavramop, which was inspired by a living experience and designed with universal purposes in the mind.

Access to the workplace was another focus. P&G conducts universal design principles in its offices and websites. These include touch signal, smooth transition, adaptive furniture and cool areas. The company has also expanded imaging texts, sound details and other digital tools in its internal and consumer supporting platforms.

Expanding Representation and Access

P&G also emphasized inclusive marketing practices, such as captioning in ads and accessible websites. The company has supported inclusive media production, including the documentary Rising Phoenix: A New Revolution, created in partnership with Harder Than You Think. Over 60% of the production team identified as having a disability.

The weeklong event allowed P&G to engage in deeper learning, dialogue, and planning around disability inclusion. P&G was also recognized as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” on the 2025 Disability Equality Index.

P&G’s participation in the 2025 Disability:IN Conference reinforced its dedication to building a disability-confident workforce and customer experience. The company stated it will continue collaborating with partners to support accessibility, equity, and innovation in every part of its business.

The company’s focus on P&G Disability Confidence continues to drive accessible innovation in both workplace culture and consumer product design.
